This artisan fudge is a premium, crumbly, melt in the mouth fudge made by me, Ruby, in rural Worcestershire.
I began making my favourite traditional butter fudge recipe in 2010 after leaving my career as professional chef. Since then, from that recipe, I have derived a delightful range of mouthwatering flavours. Very much a cottage industry, I have my own bespoke fudge kitchen situated with a fine view of the Malvern Hills within our homely Worcestershire cottage. My kitchen is registed with the Food Standards Agency in The Malvern Hills District with a food hygiene rating of 5 (very good). This can be viewed here.
All of my fudge is handmade using traditional boiling and creaming techniques. No nonsense, just sugar, evaporated milk, heaps of Gloucestershire farmhouse butter and the finest quality ingredients to suit your taste. With plenty of added love and care into making each batch to perfection, this really is some of the best fudge available to buy online today!
There are twelve delightful flavours to choose from, six of which have been awarded Great Taste awards - Salted Caramel (2021), Cherry Bakewell (2020), Traditional Butter (2017), Lemon Meringue (2015), Chilli and Sea Salt (2015) and Stem Ginger (2012).
